Music for Troubled Times

Let's face it--life sucks right now. It feels like we're living in a disaster movie, and we can't change the channel. I hope everyone is heeding the advice of experts and authorities, taking care of themselves, and (virtually) connecting with their loved ones for support.

To aid us at this scary time, many musicians have been posting videos of intimate, impromptu performances from their own homes and studios. Here is just a small sample of them.

In these crazy times when we are all shut in, we do our best to overcome obstacles to coming together. My daughter's high school choir of which she is a member has done just that. She is the first person in the third row.
