Welcome!

Welcome to my blog! Here you'll find musings, ruminations, tripe, dreck, and hopefully some fun stuff. Do yourself a favor and bookmark this blog so you don't have to type the ridiculously long URL again. This is very much a work in progress, so please bare with me as I get the hang of this blogging thing. Stay tuned!

So, you catch the Charles Schulz coverage on PBS last night, or the new tell-all bio that rips the lid off the Li'l Folks scandals?

I DVR'ed the PBS show; I haven't read the book, but I'm well aware of the controversy. The fact that Schulz suffered from melancholy is no secret, but it seems the extent of such is a key matter of debate. I'll try the book at my local library before considering a purchase.

The recording of PEANUTS GALLERY featured an adorable oboist, and some rather distressed as well as appreciative kids in the audience. Really not a kidsy composition, if accessible.

TV GUIDE magazine horror...PBS has managed to place the AMERICAN MASTERS ad image of Charlie Brown below the logline for the Carol Burnett episode (which I suspect you'll want to see as well, Brian).
