Nah. Except actually for astronomers, Spring in the northern hemi begins on 1 March, and I sure would like it for weather people, meteorologists and others, to knock off insisting on the notion that the equinoxes mark the Beginning of Spring or Autumn, nor the solstices Summer or Winter.
But happy vernal!
Meteorologists actually do consider March 1 the start of Spring, at least for record-keeping purposes, and most of the public considers that the start too I think. ALthough with the mild winter we've had, it feels like it's just been one long season from November to now.
