Hello one and all to the 2025 Countdown to Halloween! The time has come once again to arise from our coffins and partake in the Danse Macabre that is the Countdown. And am I sure ready for it!
Rejoice as we enjoy our annual parade of movies, cartoons, TV episodes, and other gifts of ghoulishness for a packed 31 days. I'm so happy you've chosen to spend your season with me!

Happy Halloween, Philly! Great videos! Man, I love carnival dark rides and even moreso, the walkthrough haunted houses that used to be at our school carnivals as a kid. I'd forgotten about that Halloween episode of Happy Days. I'll need to watch that again. I believe it's the "Evil Eye" episode. And that Svengoolie Vampire Carpets was really funny. I've never seen that.
Thanks Tom! You are correct, that is indeed the Happy Days episode "The Evil Eye," which I've featured in full at my blog years ago, but the video is no longer available.
Regarding the Vampire Carpet ad, I especially liked the wrong number appearing on screen througout the bit. I laughed out loud at every wrong number!
